Discount Tire

Stopped by to see if they could help out with my tire that was slowly losing air. Someone helped me out quickly and they were able to take my car back and have it looked at in no time. Once they realized that my tire needed to be replaced they helped me secure an excellent deal and had my new tire on rather quickly. Will definitely visit this location again!

0/10 experience. My husband picked up his car after getting new tires installed. They handed him the paperwork and sent him on his way. No mention of any issues. An hour later—while traveling for work—he discovered they only installed three tires and threw the fourth tire in the backseat. They never called, never explained the problem, and never offered a solution. They simply sent him off with three tires installed, which is not only unprofessional but extremely dangerous. They claimed they “couldn’t get a lug nut off,” yet didn’t bother to communicate that or provide options. What kind of tire shop can’t remove a lug nut—or at the very least notify the customer? This was handled incredibly poorly from start to finish. Thankfully a mechanic is fixing the issue tomorrow before my husband has to drive back to KC. No discount, no apology, no adjustment for only installing three tires.Do not recommend. Get your tires elsewhere.

Discount Tire — Plymouth, MN ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came in not knowing what to expect, first time customer, left genuinely impressed. The whole operation is sharp, professional, runs a tight operation. Joe specifically was outstanding. Knew his stuff, no pressure, steered me toward exactly the right tire for Minnesota winters. That kind of honest expertise is hard to find. Easy appointment, reasonable timeline, comfortable experience all the way around. This is my tire place now. Ask for Joe, he won’t disappoint.

I have been going to this Discount Tire store for over 15 years for both winter and summer tires on three autos and they have always provided fantastic and super friendly service all at a great price. I recently had an issue with a set of tires and how they managed the situation went beyond my expectations. How they handled this is the difference from a good business and a great business. Another note, just watch how hard these people work and they don't leave for the night until the days work is complete.

My tire shredded on the freeway and I tried several nearby tire shops. Shocking that many of these place don't have anyone who can even talk about tires or are able to understand sizing. I know discount has always been great and it was a little bit of a drive with a tire that I wasn't sure was going to make it but I called and Nathan the manager answered and he was on top of things . He knew what I was looking for and offered several detailed options and price points . He was so knowledgeable and helpful and they squeezed me in on a very busy day with minimal wait time and he got me into tires I really like a lot and look great .. I would recommend discount tire in Plymouth to anyone looking for tires . They have a hassle free smooth running operation and that is not the case at some of the other local tire shops.. thanks to Nathan and discount tire for the great experience.
